You can redeem your Grind Rewards points by going to the “Rewards” tab in the Grind app. Here, you’ll be able to redeem your points in-store or online. 

If you’re redeeming your reward points in-store, you can order ahead through the app by going to the Rewards tab in your app and choosing your free coffee or free espresso martini. You can also order your drink at the till or with a Grind team member and show them your rewards card and QR code by going to ‘Your Grind Membership’ in the app. 

You can also add your Grind Rewards card to your Apple Wallet. 

If you’re redeeming your reward points online, go to the ‘Rewards’ section in your account portal. Here, you’ll be able to add a 10-pod box or a 227g bag of whole bean or ground coffee to your next subscription order, or generate a code that you can apply at checkout when purchasing a 10-pod box or 227g bag of whole bean or ground coffee to get it for free.
