How do I use Grind’s whole bean coffee?Updated 2 months ago

Our coffee beans are ready to ground for however you brew: fine grind for espresso, medium grind for filter, coarse grind for cafetière. 

If you’re using a bean to cup machine then we’d recommend playing around with the grind until you find the best flavour for you. Start with a medium-fine grind, and adjust it based on your preferences.

If your brew is sour, it’s probably under-extracted. Try a finer grind next time, and/or increase your brew time slightly. If your brew ends up bitter (over-extracted), use a coarser grind and/or decrease your brew time.
