How do I sign up to Grind Rewards?

How do I earn points?
You'll earn 1 point per every £1 you spend in our Grind locations, through the Grind app, and online on the Grind website. Whether you’re buying a takeaway coffee, cocktails, food, coffee pods or Grind accessories, you’ll earn points on all of your G
Is Grind Rewards available internationally?
Unfortunately not: Grind Rewards is UK only.
What can I redeem my points on?
Every time you earn 55 points, you can redeem a Grind Reward. Your points are redeemable on all hot drinks and espresso martinis in our Grind locations (excluding Waterloo and National Theatre) and on our Coffee Pod Taster Packs (10 pods) and Whole B
Can I share my points with other people?
Sadly not. Your points are non-transferable, so they’re for you only.
What’s the total amount of points I can earn?
You can earn a maximum of 550 points (which is the equivalent of spending £550). You will only be able to start earning points again once you start redeeming some of your points.
How many points can I redeem at once?
You can redeem a maximum of 275 points in one go.
If my order comes to £20.21, will I earn 21 or 20 points?
We round down all points, so you’d earn 20 points on an order of £20.21.
Are there any exceptions on what hot drink I can redeem my points on?
Nope: you can order any hot drink of your choice (including large sizes and alternative milks).
Will I earn points if I pre-order through the app, and can I use my points when pre-ordering hot drinks on the app?
Yes to both. You’ll automatically earn points if you place a preorder through the app and if you have enough points for a reward, they’ll be automatically redeemed (unless you select otherwise).
Will I earn points when using a Grind gift card in store?
No, you will not earn any points when paying with a gift card.
Can I redeem my points for a Coffee Pod Taster Pack or Whole Bean or Ground Taster Pack at a Grind location?

Why has the reward points threshold changed?
We have adjusted our reward points threshold due to recent price changes across our website, which you can read more about here. You’ll be able to redeem the reward of your choice once you have 55 points in your account. You will still earn 1 point f
Can I earn and redeem points at all Grind venues?
You can earn and redeem points at all Grind locations except for National Theatre Grind and Waterloo Grind as these are franchise stores.
What is the difference between investor points and reward points?
Investor points will refresh weekly, monthly, or daily depending on each investor and how much you have invested. Investor points can be redeemed in-store at our Grind venues for complimentary coffee or cocktails but they cannot be redeemed online.
