If you need to update payment details, please follow these steps: 

1. Log into your account on our website here.
2. Head to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
3. Click ‘Edit’.
4. In the ‘Payment method’ section you can update your payment method. 

We save your payment method because the subscription requires automated payment at your chosen frequency, but rest assured that, like all your details with us, these are protected. 

If you need to remove your payment details, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account on our website here.
2. Head to the ‘Accounts’ tab.
3. In the ‘Payment methods’ section, you’ll be able to remove the card by clicking the red bin icon.
