If you want to customise the amount of water for the different cup sizes on your machine, you can easily set the desired dose of water by programming the machine: just press and hold down the button until you reach the desired amount, and the machine will remember your preference. 

Just so you know, an espresso shot should be 30-35ml, which on the Grind One Machine takes about 10 seconds, and a lungo should be double this in volume and time.
