I’m not happy with my order. Can I get a refund?Updated 2 months ago

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your order. Please feel free to pop us across an email to [email protected], as we always value your feedback and we’ll help in any way we can. 

Please note that any items from our Bean & Ground Coffee range cannot be returned to us unless it has been delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of those products.

We accept the return of our non-coffee products and our pods within 30 days of them being received. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund at any time, unless the product was damaged in transit.

Please bear in mind that all returns costs must be covered by the customer.
