Please note that due to the perishable nature of our fresh coffee, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns of any product from our Bean & Ground Coffee range.
If you’ve ordered the wrong blend of our pods, please email us at [email protected] so we can advise you on how to return your order to obtain a refund.
If there’s been a mistake, or the coffee you’ve received is damaged, then drop us an email to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the items you received and we’ll look into this further for you.
