What is the return policy for the Grind Two Machine?Updated 2 months ago

We will accept returns of the Grind Two within 30 days of your machine being delivered. After 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 

To initiate a return, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, and we will then be able to confirm our return address details and next steps. Please note we do not have a returns portal, so all returns will need to be processed by our customer experience team.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and an update on the refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
