Once your order has been despatched, we always send an automated email to let you know that it is en route. This email includes tracking information for your parcel. You can also track your order by logging in to your account.
If you were expecting your order to turn up by now and you’ve still not received it, please pop an email with your order number and delivery address to [email protected] and we’ll get on the case.
