Winter weather delivery delaysUpdated 2 months ago

Due to severe winter weather, including heavy snow and ice, some deliveries may be delayed over the coming week (5th January 2026 onwards). A number of areas across Northern Scotland, Mid & North Wales and the North & East Midlands are currently affected, with certain locations experiencing particularly challenging conditions.

As a result, parcels scheduled for delivery in these regions may see delays of up to 48–72 hours. Please rest assured that are delivery partners are working hard to minimise disruption wherever it is safe to do so.
